A Pilates SpringBoard class with either an element of cardio and or Pilates mat exercises.  The SpringBoard is a unique piece of Pilates equipment with customizable spring resistance that can provide an invigorating workout with therapeutic value.  This class is a full body workout that includes core, lower and upper body strengthening and stretching.
