Strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body at the barre and on your mat!  This class combines low impact cardio, small isolated exercises that give lots of love to the whole body, Pilates mat exercises that focus on your core and dance moves from Ballet (simple to follow), for a full body workout that leaves you invigorated.  The barre is also a great way to work on balance and to workout one side of the body at a time, to even out the strength and flexibility of both arms, both legs and each side of the spine.  This helps to create a stronger, more stable and flexible body.
