This class is a full body workout that includes a balance of low impact/high intensity cardiovascular functional movement (think squats, lunges and variations of both) and exercises done on a mat with and without small Pilates props.  You will sweat and move your body in all planes of motion, while working on balance, core strength and flexibility!
