Stretch and strengthen your body while using the wonderful Pilates SpringBoard. The SpringBoard is a wall mounted piece of wood that has hooks for customizable spring resistance. This class is a full body workout that focuses on alignment, core strength and lower and upper body strengthening/stretching. This class is appropriate if you are new to our classes and or Pilates.
