This class is a full body workout that focuses on building strength and moving your body from toe to head!  You will do exercises on your mat with small props, exercises using the Pilates SpringBoard and exercises on the Pilates Reformer.  
This class is good for you if you've had experience using both apparatuses. 
 Please note that there is a prerequisite of knowing the foundational exercises on both pieces of equipment and having confidence in adjusting the equipment for each exercise.  This class is not yet appropriate for you if you are starting your Pilates journey.
