Strengthen and stretch your body while using the wonderful Pilates Reformer. The springs of the Reformer lend weight/load to each exercise. You will have your own Reformer to perform a full body workout that focuses on alignment, core strength and lower and upper body strengthening/stretching. If you are brand new to Pilates we highly recommend starting out with at least on private Pilates session, to learn the foundational principles of the method and to feel more confident in your group classes.
