This gentle Reformer class offers a slower pace and supportive environment, ideal for seniors and those seeking a therapeutic approach to movement. With mindful instruction, you'll work on mobility, balance, flexibility and core strength. Modifications are provided to meet a range of abilities, but this class is not designed for major injuries or significant limitations (private sessions are recommended in those cases).
