CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
This class is an intermediate/advanced full body workout that focuses on building strength and moving your body from toe to head!  You will do exercises on your mat with small props, exercises using the Pilates SpringBoard and exercises on the Pilates Reformer.  
 Please note that this is an accelerated class and that you need to be able to adjust your equipment efficiently and quickly.  This class is not yet appropriate for you if you are starting your Pilates journey.
