This class is a full body workout that includes cardio , core, lower and upper body strengthening and stretching. This class is an intermediate to advanced class. You will experience functional movement like squats and lunges with free weights to get your heart rate up, combined with exercises using the Pilates Reformer.
All of our "fire" classes include cardio, whereas all of our “flow” classes do not.
The Reformer is a popular piece of Pilates equipment with customizable spring resistance that can provide an invigorating workout with therapeutic value.
