This is a beginner's class,  designed to teach you the foundation of the Pilates method, while using the ever popular Pilates "reformer".  The Pilates reformer is a piece of equipment that utilizes springs for load. You will have your own reformer, in a class with just four other students.  This is purposely a small class to create a personalized learning environment and so that you learn with integrity and safety.
