This is a beginner's class series, designed to teach you the foundation of the Pilates method, while using the ever popular Pilates "reformer".  The Pilates reformer is a piece of equipment that utilizes springs for load.  This creates strength and also the nature of the springs helps to increase flexibility.  You will have your own reformer, in a class with just three other students.  This is purposely a small class to create a personalized learning environment and so that you learn with integrity and safety.  
Please sign up for all classes in this series, once you have purchased your class ticket.  
If you have a current injury and or chronic pain, this class is not appropriate for you.  
There are no refunds.  
This is a limited series and this ticket purchase is only good for this class series.  
There are no make up classes and it's important that you get the most out of this series by taking all classes in this special series.
